All artwork, photographs, and designs shown on this site are the original work of Peggy Grams and are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.
Every piece is individually handmade. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and detail between the photo shown and the piece you receive are normal and expected — not a defect.
Most pieces are one-of-a-kind. Items are marked "sold" once purchased and are not restocked. We make reasonable efforts to keep availability accurate, but in rare cases an item may sell out before your order is confirmed; if that happens, we'll contact you directly.
Peggy's Vintage Halloween Art is a small, family-run business specializing in unique, handcrafted and vintage-inspired pieces. Many items are one-of-a-kind and sold as-is. We do our best to describe and photograph each piece accurately so you can buy with confidence. Because of the handmade and vintage nature of our items, all sales are generally final.
Orders cancelled before shipment or delivery scheduling are fully refundable with no penalty. Once an order has shipped, been assigned to a carrier, or picked up, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns are accepted only if the item was significantly misrepresented in photos or description. Normal wear, scratches, color variations, or patina consistent with age are not valid reasons for return.
To request a return, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and an explanation. If approved, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, using the same shipping method you originally chose at purchase.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend purchasing insurance for the price paid.
After inspection of the returned item, approved refunds cover the purchase price only — original delivery or shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If 15 business days have passed since approval and the refund has not posted, please contact [email protected].
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. Note any visible damage to the shipping box on the enclosed shipping slip. Report damage within 24 hours to [email protected] with photos, and we'll assist with the carrier claim process if the shipment was insured.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not see or store your card or bank details. Your purchase is also subject to PayPal's own user agreement.
We currently ship only within the United States, via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Select. Shipping costs are calculated based on the item's size/weight and shown before checkout.
This website and its contents are provided "as is." While we do our best to keep information accurate, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or its products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
